WHAT ARE TYPICAL SAVINGS?

Savings typically run from 10%-20% for clients spending up to $30mm and from 5%-15% on clients spending more than $30mm annually.

We put our money where our mouth is. If we don’t find and implement savings, we don’t get paid. And our 80+ years of parcel experience gives us the edge to get our clients over the finish line.

CAN I KEEP MY CURRENT CARRIER(S)?

Yes, absolutely.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

We operate on a performance-based model. If we don’t identify savings, you pay nothing. And if we do find savings (which is 95% of the time!), we are paid a percentage of actual, verified savings.

WILL IT AFFECT MY CURRENT CARRIER RELATIONSHIP(S)?

Not at all. We stay behind the scenes so that you maintain your carrier relationships. You also maintain your own pricing agreements with the carriers – just paying lower rates.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We do an initial, no-cost savings assessment that takes just 10 business days. Once we identify savings, we sign a consulting agreement and are off to the races. We become an extension of your team, providing detailed analytics, to the penny, of all carrier proposals and work together with you to develop a fine-tuned strategy that achieves or exceeds targeted savings.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ALEXANDRETTA CAN IMPROVE OUR RATES/PRICING AGREEMENTS?

We negotiate rates 24/7, 365 and most of us having been doing so for 20+ years. We all also came from sales and pricing at the carriers, giving us unique insight into carrier pricing negotiations. So, while you know your business best, our expertise allows us to identify specific opportunities in your agreements that can drive significant additional savings.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A SIGNED AGREEMENT IN PLACE?

That’s perfectly ok. Most agreements are re-negotiated between agreement termination dates and there is no need to leave money on the negotiating table until the end of an agreement. Let us help you reinvest those additional dollars into your business.

HOW MUCH WILL WE SAVE?

Typical audit recovery is 1%-3%, with an additional 7% savings, on average, via optimization opportunities. Some shippers save even more.

IS THERE A REPORTING DASHBOARD?

Yes. Our clients have access to a state-of-the-art, client portal that is password protected and available 24/7. In addition to finding a beautiful dashboard that tracks recoveries and optimization opportunities, it also provides shipment and data visibility that can drive additional savings for your business.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

– Once an audit agreement is signed, recoveries start within 24-72 hours and the process delivers savings automatically. Savings reports are updated continuously on our clients’ portals and clients receive monthly recovery via email as well.

– Other reports can be set to email your team as well, bringing even more efficiency to the process.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We share 50% of the refunds recovered.

HOW DO I KNOW I'll SAVE MONEY?

Our fees are performance-based, and all recoveries are fully measurable, back-to-the carrier invoices, for fully visibility and confirmation of recoveries.

HOW LONG WILL ALEXANDRETTA AUDIT MY INVOICES?

As long as you’d like us to! Our agreement is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
